hOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR spa APPOINTMENT

Facial Wash

APPOINTMENT

Remove makeup and heavy cosmetics from your skin 24 hours prior to appointment.

Avoid getting a facial 48 hours after lash extensions.

Avoid working out 48 hours prior to appointment.

Avoid prescription retinoids 48 hours prior.

Arrive 15 minutes earlier if you have not completed intake paperwork as a new client.

Post Care After Your Facial

Wear sunscreen daily.

Avoid extremely hot showers.

Avoid prescription retinoids for 48 hours.

Avoid exfoliating for 48 hours.

Maintain recommended homecare.

Avoid picking and scratching face.

Schedule follow up facial as recommened by Esthetician.

APPOINTMENT

Ensure that hair is as long as a grain of rice. (If longer; please trim prior to appointment).

Exfoliate area 48 hours before.

Shower or bath day of the appointment with lukewarm water.

If on cycle, wear a tampon during wax service. 

Avoid drinking alcohol or caffeine day of the appointment.

Post Care for Your Wax Appointment

Avoid extremely hot showers.

Avoid soaking in hot tub or jacuzzi for 48 hours.

Avoid tight clothing on wax areas for 48 hours.

Avoid intercourse for 48 hours.

Avoid rubbing area for 48 hours.

Avoid exfoliating for 48 hours.

Avoid exercising and strenuous activity for 48 hours.

Exfoliate 2-3 times a week after 48 hours.

Avoid prescription retinoids for 48 hours.

Schedule follow up 4 weeks after.

TREATMENTS

Prior to starting your first session and during each 3-day period of treatment, we recommend you drink 2-3 liters of water. Water and hydration is key to this process being effective.

To maximize the effectiveness of your session, it is best to restrict products that impact lymphatic flow i.e. caffeine, alcohol and sugar in large amounts during the process.

 

We recommend eating a healthy diet to enhance the process. 

 

We recommend 30 minutes of exercise daily to stimulate lymphatic flow. This includes trampoline, rebounding, swimming, jogging, and working out during this process. Even walking will help.

 

We recommend lymphatic massage and detox to optimize and enhance the process. Lymphatic massage helps facilitate to removal and release of toxins and fat as you go through the Ultrasound Process.

 

We recommend no more then one-body area per lymphatic area and maximum of 30 min of ultrasound time for maximum results.

 

IF YOUR DIGESTION PROCESS IS IMPEDED IN ANY WAY DURING SESSIONS LET US KNOW I.E. CONSTIPATION.
