Initial Acne Consultation & Treatment

Service Description

Please allow 1.5 hrs so we may address your questions and customize your treatment plan. Your consultation is a thorough discussion of how our program works, what is required of you, and what we can do for your specific skin type and concerns. Your first treatment is included in this.​ At conclusion of visit, you will take home your Clear Skin Info folder that contains information of all of the things we discussed during the consultation. **Please Plan on spending $130-$175 for your initial set of home care products. Products last 6-8 weeks but can also change without notice due to your skins response. Please note, this is an estimate and individual cases vary** *required* please complete all (3) required forms at least 48 hours prior to appt. The forms will be emailed to you once we receive your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If you reschedule in less than 24 hours; a $35 reschedule fee will apply.
