Initial Acne Consultation + Enrollment **please note: completion of online forms & paperwork are required prior to appt or you will be rescheduled** **please note: this program is not an overnight fix and will require many changes and a strong commitment. Education is key to getting clear and staying clear! We will go over acne aggravating factors that may be contributing to your acne, such foods, cosmetics, medications, stress etc.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If you reschedule in less than 24 hours; a $35 reschedule fee will apply.
